Assassin's Creed - Altair
It's been a while since I've made a graphic, but I finally got around to it. I plan to start making graphics more frequently; but I make a lot of plans I never follow up. Instead of making graphics, I've been busy with school and I just haven't been in the mood for it. I've spent a lot of time on Youtube and will be uploading videos there starting tofay. Let's hope this is something I won't give up. But now I'll talk about what this post is supposed to be about, the graphic seen above.
I started playing Assassin's Creed a few days ago and have been admiring what a beautiful game it is, which is why I've made this graphic. First off, I did a rough sketch straight into Photoshop (I can't be bothered sketching it on paper and then scanning it). Then came the main shapes drawn using the pen tool. I applied some effects to the the shapes and added shadows and more detail. Finally, I put the image file through a Pixlr-o-matic filter to give it an older look and then it was finished. Overall, the graphic was just a quick project. It was completed within an hour and considering I usually work a lot slower, I'm happy with the final product.
